Understanding Your Coverage

General Warranty Policy

Strike Force LLC offers a warranty on both labor and parts for most services we provide. Our goal is to address any issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction. The standard warranty period for our labor on services performed is 30 days from the date of service completion.


Labor Warranty Details

  • Our 30-day labor warranty covers issues that arise directly due to the services provided by our technicians or a demonstrable fault in our workmanship.
  • If a problem occurs within this period and is determined to be a result of a tech issue or an error in our service delivery, the labor required to rectify the situation will be fully comped (no charge to you).
  • We are committed to making it right and ensuring our services meet your expectations.

Parts Warranty Details

  • Warranty on parts installed by Strike Force LLC is limited to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty and their specific exchange policies as provided to us.
  • If a part malfunctions and is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, Strike Force LLC will facilitate the part exchange according to the manufacturer's policy. There will be no charge for the replacement part itself, pending the manufacturer's approval and provision of the exchange part.
  • Please note: In the event of a part replacement under manufacturer warranty (where the part itself is free), a labor charge will apply for the service of removing the faulty part and installing the replacement part, unless the original installation labor by our technician was the cause of the issue.

Extended Warranties

Some specific services or installations may come with longer warranty periods beyond the standard 30 days. Any such extended warranties will be clearly specified on your service order documentation and can also be found within your client profile under the respective project details in the Online Client Panel.

Warranty Claim Process & Response

Who Can Claim a Warranty?

Warranty claims can only be initiated by the registered account holder or an authorized account administrator who has the necessary permissions assigned within the client profile.

Our Review & Resolution Process

Our dedicated team reviews all warranty service requests. We will conduct an on-site assessment with you, the client, to thoroughly investigate the complaint and collaboratively determine a proper and fair resolution to the situation.


Priority Response Time

Valid warranty work is treated with the urgency it deserves, similar to an emergency work order. We strive to provide an on-site response within an average of 24 hours to address your warranty concerns promptly.

Our warranty is in place to support your business continuity. We aim to avoid charging you for issues that legitimately arise as a consequence of services we've provided, ensuring you can depend on Strike Force LLC for quality and accountability.
