We understand the importance of an uninterrupted learning environment. Most services are scheduled after school hours, during school breaks, or at other low-traffic times, often at no additional cost, to ensure minimal disruption to students and staff.

We offer a full range of maintenance services for schools, including Preventive Maintenance Plans (HVAC, structural), General Repairs (doors, windows, roofs, walls, floors, paint), Installations/Removals (networking, security equipment), Locksmith services, Lighting maintenance, and optional Janitorial services.

We offer competitive and transparent rates for schools: Average Trip Charge is $30, Average Labor is $50/hour (1st hour), then $25 per 30 minutes thereafter. A typical parts budget of $50 is allocated, with any extras approved by you. Our services average under $150, with no signup or account fees.

Our complimentary Online Client Panel allows you to effortlessly request services, track real-time progress, review and approve invoices, access project data (images, specifications, service histories), manage budgets, and oversee multiple locations if applicable.

99% of our work is performed by in-house technicians who are rigorously vetted (identity, employment, criminal background, etc.) and receive over 120 hours of training per year in safety protocols (exceeding OSHA standards) and specialized trade skills relevant to school environments.
